On October 12, 2007 CDW announced the completion of its acquisition by an entity controlled by investment funds affiliated with Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC (“MDP”) and Providence Equity Partners Inc. (“Providence Equity”).

As a result of completion of the merger, CDW is now privately owned and CDW’s stock is no longer traded on the NASDAQ National Market.
